Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
ubscriptions
When you purchase a subscription from Hunter's Healthy Treats, you'll receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you select at checkout. Before completing your purchase, the recurring charge amount, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be clearly displayed.
Recurring Billing
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at your selected frequency, prior to each shipment. Your subscription continues until you cancel. If a payment fails, we'll notify you and attempt to process the charge again — unresolved failures may result in your subscription being paused or cancelled.
How to Cancel
You can cancel anytime before your next billing date with no penalty, using any of the following:

Cancellations are processed promptly. If a charge has already been processed for an upcoming shipment, that order will still be fulfilled.
Changes & Refunds
You can modify your frequency, skip a delivery, or update your payment method anytime through your customer account or by contacting us. For returns and refunds on subscription orders.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
